Before we take a sip, we must embrace this bouquet! The bouquet was amazing. Full of blackberries, cedar and oak. On the palet, this full bodied wine is on the dryer side but paired well with a Tuscan pizza! I guess it comes down to what you eat it with?! Nose: Côte d’Or nose. Hint of elegant wood. White flowers.
Palate: sweet oak. Not oaky. Great fruit. Apple. Citrus. Lacks a bit of verve. Acidity on finish.

Um vinho bem intenso! A cor é forte, mas já sem o brilho rubi. O aroma é bem alcóolico e isso se reflete no sabor. Ao beber o sabor é incorpado e forte, sobresaindo a queimação do álcool e um traço de tanino no centro da língua e na mucosa abaixo do lábio.
