Astonishing wine. It is good to have friends, and most importantly that they share. @Alejandro Garcia . The Wine kept transforming every 10 minutes. Extremely good, very rich in black fruit and meats. You could smell the shishito peppers. A gem , I am blessed to have the opportunity to try this rare wine. — 8 years ago

1975. Almost as old as me! Rustic, not much fruit left, but alive in other ways. Tobacco, touch of caramel. Old school RDD. — 10 years ago

Great showing. Very nice layers and was evolving during the evening. — 7 years ago
Excellent aromas of lemon peel, lemon curd, crisp apple and crushed stones. The palate has a hint of contradiction with ripe apple and lemon confit notes balanced by steely mineral tones. Seems poised enough for further development. Superb while enjoy the stories and songs of Joe Ely and Alejandro Escavado. — 7 years ago
Earth, red fruit, alcohol a little high, acid a little weak — 7 years ago

Bingo. A real gem. So good we had two bottles. Great balance, full bodied yet restrained and not overcharged. Perhaps it takes a decade to properly show itself! Well worth it. — 11 years ago

A sister property of the more well-known Tinto Pesquera, this small production 100% Tempranillo is a stunner. Captivating aromas of black tea leaf, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, Chinese herbal tea, vanilla, and a bit barnyard infuse the core of ripe black fruits. The palate is vibrant and smooth with silky but still a bit firm tannins, with fig-like sweet undertone, leading to a long, spicy finish... did I mentioned the nose? So deep, warm, and complex! A gem. — 6 years ago
