Less bretty than feared but it still had some sweaty horse noted. Good fruit though, not too ripe.

Intense aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, espresso, cedar, graphite, leather, smoke, with a touch of vanilla. Sweet dark fruits, cherries on entry, with licorice, dark chocolate on the midpalate. A moderate to long finish with fresh red fruits, tangy minerality, and chewy tannins. A huge value, still young but it will unfold to something better eventually.

Hmmm. Tough one. This wine is usually steady. But this bottle is just flat. Nothing wrong just ok. Some herbal flavored in nose and mouth. No typical spice very little fruit. Maybe I have cold...
