Balloons Over Albuquerque Petite Sirah Blend 2012
Balloons over Albuquerque is Petite Sirah grown at Ghielmetti Estate Vineyard in the eastern foothills of the Livermore Valley. Open-top fermentor, punch down 3x/day through primary fermentation. Pressed off when cap was dropping. No SO2 until post ML rack. Aged in French and American oak for about 18 months, 50% new.
