Lychee, pineapple, baked apple balanced by a crisp citrusy finish. Medium- acidity. Yum. — 4 years ago
Just concluded our annual Fall seclusion at our cabin in the Rangeley lakes region of Maine, mobile service up there is mostly non-existent, after several days I am posting again. Notes are somewhat brief, as my focus is relaxing and watching the Common Loons swimming and diving in the cove in front of our camp.
Nose has lemon curd (light) and cold citrus peel.
Palate has saline lemon and lemon zest.
Refreshing, quickly emptied this bottle. — 5 years ago

This comes from monopole called La Batailliere that is a part of premier cru Aux Vergelesses. Little more tannic and austere with fruit juice being darker in color. Bitter notes dominate making this a very pleasurable experience of this particular terroir. — 6 years ago
Youthful but already showing beautiful cherry and red berry fruit with lovely earthy notes and a beguiling touch of a anise. A great bargain for a high quality, we'll balanced and captivating Burgundy — 6 years ago
