The best white wine I've had since that Albarola-based wine in Rome!! Perfectly balanced... I don't know how to describe the taste!! — 10 years ago

So, in Italy, none of us could pronounce this one ... We just called it "Suck-it-Dry!" Close enough. — 12 years ago
Delicious, at a tiny seaside cafe in Monterossa al Mare — 6 years ago
High acidity, a little heady but very lovely natural vibes. 70% Bosco, 10% Rossese Bianco, 10% Picabon, 10% Albarola — 6 years ago
Acidity and salinity on a terrace — 9 years ago
Vermentino based blend from the terraces of Cinque Terre, refreshing and actually salty and sweet with right amount of acidity. Perfect for Ligurian seafood. #qpritalianriveria — 9 years ago
2009 Cinque Terrre Sciacchetra. 80.15.5 Bosco.Albarola.Vermentino. Passito style from eastern Liguria. Grown in sea mist on jagged cliffs. Rich, viscous, nutty, candied orange peel, dried fig, apricot. Mature, complex, meditative, special, scarce, fun, engaging. From a vanishing culture of less than twenty producers. 500 cases made 15 to SF. — 10 years ago
Had at Tortuga in Cinque Terre at Monterosso al mare with Jette, very nice white. Pear and apple up front. Floral notes (roses) on the finish. Very easy drinking. Hints of vanilla and popcorn on the nose, but the palate exceeds nose. Blend of Bosco, Albarola, and Vermentino — 11 years ago
Sweet dessert white, lovely flavor. — 12 years ago
This is one of the first vintages for this young and very interesting (she) winemaker. Vermentino is blended with autochtonous albarola and trebbiano. Aromatic and well balanced, with strong minerality. It is a pleasure to return to the bottle even 2-3 days after. I am sure we will hear a lot of her. — 6 years ago
Cinque Terre means five lands. Yellow with gold hue, lemon and tangerine peel, crushed rock, wet stone and rusty blade. On the palate: slightly flint, high acidity, apricots, lemon curd, yellow bouquet floral note, silky texture with smooth coating in the mouth. Say 12.5 % abv on the label but feel more in the mouth. Min 40% Bosco with Max 40% Albarola/Vermentino combined. — 7 years ago
Gentle and fruity white — 9 years ago
Nice and refreshing wine. Goes great with pesto fettuccine with shrimp. — 9 years ago
2013 vintage, bosco, albarola and vermentino blend — 10 years ago
Sea mist aromatics prevalent, background stone fruit, medium plus sapidity. Complex, evolving, intense minerality. Oyster shell. medium + acid. Leaner than regular CinqueTerre. Single vineyard blend of bosco/ albarola / Vermentino. — 10 years ago
Ovviamente i Colli di Luni è un Interregionale di Liguria e Toscana e poco c'entra il Friuli...😡 — 11 years ago

I'm bewitched ! Perhaps it's my Ligurian soul but this wine is just so good. Light maceration for Bosco and Albarola grapes, the classic Cinque Terre blend. The terroir is that of Monterosso. But here, the wine is beyond schemes. The nose is intense and so pure, white and yellow flowers, hawthorn and daffodiles, white and yellow peaches, wild herbs, exotic fruits, very harmonic. It makes me feel like walking the valley of Eden. In the mouth the balance is just perfect, body and roundness, the juice is fruity, mineral and herbaceous, acidic, savoury and persistent. I feel so lucky I found this bottle in the cellar tonight and so grateful to a friend that provided me with this rare bird. To be drunk at cellar temperature, definately not chilled. — 5 years ago
