Lemon and orange zest. Nice weight and punch. — 9 years ago
2013, Benito Santos, Igrexario De Saiar, Albarino. I really like Benito Santos wines. Golden yellow: tart apples, citrus, minerality, salinity. Everything that I want with pan seared white fish. — 10 years ago
Intensely fragrant nose of orange blossom, fresh cracked white and green pepper, white peach, myer lemon zest, candied lime, apricot and melon rind. Invigorating acidity and beautiful texture and body. An absolute value! — 10 years ago

Very nice crisp Albariño — 8 years ago
Makes Albariño seem worthy of varietal royalty. Interesting fruit complexity: full dose of soft pear, ripe peach and it's pit, and lime zest. MLF and/or shorter sur lie because no floating evidence but butterscotch/honey is there. Albariño's heavier succinic (salty) acid, some barrel age, ..smoky limestone?, moderate plus acid finish, Only 12.5% alc.

Farewell lunch wine. Supper leesy, but with a little air started showing its character. Thanks @Darren Delmore for sharing. — 10 years ago

This Albariño shows lemon, lime and lanolin on the nose, with a whiff of apricot. The pale color is that of golden straw, and the palate comes forth with a mighty acidity and a mouthful of green apples, on the tart side. Minerality makes a big play, and the finish is medium-long with a citrus zestiness. — 8 years ago
