Love this! Can’t wait to visit Portugal again. Yes, fruity, floral, crisp- great summer white — 4 years ago
Kind of a nutty/smoked meat note on the nose. On the palate, green apple, lemon, lime, and a beautiful tart saline finish. In love with this! — 5 years ago
WOM 2-20. Just an awesome, beautifully balanced wine. Max liked it! — 5 years ago
My favorite wine.
Light, crisp, slightly effervescent, refreshing, short finish, thin body. Drinks like a glass of ice cold water on a hot day — 7 months ago
Tart with sweeter after taste. Pear? Nectarine? Great for warm weather. Very drinkable. — 2 years ago
Okay - kinda dry — 3 years ago
Strawberry notes. Lovely fizz, too! — 4 years ago
Interesting red blend that features the Baga (85%) grape. Blended with Touriga National (15%). Very dark color but lighter in body than I would have expected. Bright and jammy red fruit aromas and flavors with hints of prunes and dark chocolate. Solid acidity and very long finish. Moderate finish and tannins. In a very good place right now. Thanks for sharing and insisting we open this one, Ron B! — 5 years ago
Absolutely incredible value for money. VERY fruit forward, with “Touriga Nacional” in the front of the queue, if you don’t like port or fruity wines, stay away from this one, but for an amazingly drinkable daily “Table Wine” at around AU$ 10.00 a bottle? This is a winner on every level.

Wow that nose! There is chalk and lemon peel, to that point that I could be thrown off-pace to Chablis here. There are some pear notes too that linger in the back. The palate is a joy... There is a massive acid backbone that makes it a very long wine. There is width and matter, giving it presence. There are lemon peel and pear notes all along, along with a chalky, dusty mouthfeel on the sides. The finish is long, extended, with pear notes and that slight lemon peel thing which goes away somehow in the end. That's clearly a very serious vinho Verde here! I'm a big fan — 3 years ago

Nice wine..strong citrus, refreshing, not very sweet at all. Very smooth with hardly any acidity. Note: Our bottle is the Amarante grape.
