This is my first experience with this wine. The ruby rim and long legs announce a great wine. And the promise is delivered. I’m greeted with a beautiful bouquet and as soon as I taste it, I decide I have a new favorite wine. Makes Albariño seem worthy of varietal royalty. Interesting fruit complexity: full dose of soft pear, ripe peach and it's pit, and lime zest. MLF and/or shorter sur lie because no floating evidence but butterscotch/honey is there. Albariño's heavier succinic (salty) acid, some barrel age, ..smoky limestone?, moderate plus acid finish, Only 12.5% alc.
