i realise that is a big general question but asking anyway!
Yeah it could work really well; my go to for Asian food is usually something super light, but this thing would fight back for sure. Only one way to find out 🤷🏼♂️

From Chambers Street $25 strong recommendation by David L. The 2014 6/19 on 7/7/19. Strong nose that screams “natural “. Cloudy orange red but tastes purple. Mediu bodied, no tannin. Cedar, violets, licorice, lavender, slate. Taste of Blackberry and black current. Burp is delicious. Slight subtle natural fizziness. Do not pair with food. Wonderful expert. — 7 years ago
