Juicy and fruit forward. Soft and smooth tannins that linger for a little while. Paired well with a broiled ribeye. Drinks nicely on its own. Well balanced. Great value. Worth keeping several on hand for an everyday sipper. — 6 years ago

Famous #australian #riesling from the #clarevalley made by #accolade company #leasingham . From the hot season of #2003 though mot looking shabby; pale gold yes; spice and restraint not strong kero or honey; backward a little; evolving fruit; blessed by screwcap; 12.5%. — 9 years ago

Takes 2 hours to open up but then cherry and soft tannins. — 6 years ago
Deep ruby red. Dark nose with cocoa, cinnamon, a bit herbal, cassis, light graphite and smoke. Medium plus tannins (7/10) and well integrated with a medium plus body. Really grips the back and sides of your mouth, even with two days being open. Layered flavors of smokiness, black currants, bramble, wood and black cherries. Long finish. Drink till 2030. — 6 years ago
Sette Ponti or "seven bridges," refers to the 7 bridges crossing the Arno River on the road from Arezzo to Florence. Blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cab Sauv & 10% Petit Verdot, aged 18 months in new French oak. Went to a tasting, had ‘14 & ‘15 side by side. Very dark enticing red with concentrated aromas of dark fruits & earthy notes. Flavors of cherry & plum with tobacco and spice. Firm but approachable tannins, medium length ending with a bit of spice as the finish builds. Best to drink ‘14 now. Tasting Sample. — 7 years ago
Like other comments said, it was thin, but not unpleasantly so. Had a good, complex flavor with a regular breathing time. — 8 years ago
A lip smaker, lovely with our crab cakes. — 9 years ago
2012 enjoyed in April 2015. Dark ruby in color with a slight sunset around the edge. Chalky/earth & plum jam nose. Soft tannins and a slight chewy fruit... finish gives you a little jawlock with every taste. Takes an hour or two to open up. Great value at $14 bucks (HEB R/S) — 10 years ago
A wine with the 'yummie' factor, drinks like limonade (in positive sense), playful and elegant. — 11 years ago
Black cherries, cloves, leather and tar. It's a ripe, overt Napa Cab that has an attractive balance and surprisingly silly tannins. Approachable now but would be happy to cellar this for a while longer.
Enjoyed at Simon and The Whale in NYC paired with the Simon Burger, which was beautifully prepared, if rather fussy with endless aiolis and such like. — 7 years ago
Pleasant aperitif. Moscato style presumably from Muscat grape, but varietals in blend not specified. A low alcohol (7.5), little sweet and little sparkling, fruit-forward wine. — 7 years ago

Fantastic cab, perfect by itself or wine dinner. Great compliment with the filet mignon I had tonight. Dry, yet a touch sweet, deep bold flavors. — 5 years ago
