#bcwine #okanagan #nomnom 2012 Terravista 'Fandango' Albariño/Verdejo, Okanagan, BC. A stunning example of Spanish varieties outside of #spain. Bright with notes of pear, banana, peach and lemongrass. Racy acid on the finish. One of my favourite wines on this trek. #wine #sommelier #canada — 11 years ago
Clos du Soleil Merlot Blend from BC Canada. Elegant and fresh style. Black cherry. Cassis. Plum. Silly tannins and long finish. — 12 years ago
The 2010 vintage of Quinta Ferreira Estate Winery Shiraz is 13.7% ABV and plum purple colour. The wine offers supple aromatics with flavours of ripe strawberry, plum, and hints of black pepper, blackberry, hazelnut, dark chocolate and black sage. The Syrah fruit was grown in the desert climate of the Black Sage Bench in Oliver British Columbia, B.C. Canada, in the heart of the BC VQA Okanagan Valley, referred to as a primary wine capital of Canada. Medium plus tannins and full bodied, this wine is well balanced and juicy. Tasted early 2015, this wine is well integrated and will be easily enjoyed at its best from 2015-2020. Recommend enjoying with pepperoni pizza with sundried tomatoes, Portugese prepared salmon, savoury seared pork tenderloin, beef chili, lamb steaks, beef stew, Montreal smoked meat. — 10 years ago

Has everything you want in a BC wine. It's fruity: cherries and rhubarb, it's smooth, has a little young red bite. I'd drink this with steak and pizza and day. — 10 years ago

I am previledge to have a few bottles of Le Vieux Pin: Equinoxe Syrah 2009. Praised and seclared best in show in cpetition in Montreal, this BC wine has dark red, smell of dark oak and black fruit. In carafe for more then one hour brings out its smoothness, one of my dav that much is clear — 12 years ago

This 2012 Belle is another home run from the See Ya Later Ranch winery. Purchased this bottle for $17.09 at the vineyard in the Okanagan Falls area of BC- an area that is a must see for those who enjoy great wines and spectacular views. — 10 years ago
