This wine is still drinking young notwithstanding its 21 year age. Tannins are still tight but the wine is racy and elegant. It evolved significantly over an hour and a half period and became less austere. A refreshing level of acidity is present but I would wait at least another 5 years before sampling again. — 8 years ago

Big and dense. Blackberry preserves, hoisin, granite, black Olive, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Still very young. A wine to keep. Sourced from vineyards around 20 km away from the Emilio Moro estate. This is an impressive wine. — 10 years ago
