Delicious this is one of my go to wines. Low tanning taste, with the perfect amount of sweetness for me — 6 years ago
Like it and would buy again $9.98 very good inexpensive wine. — 7 years ago
A classic Bordeaux style blend, (older vintages omitted Petit Verdot). Aged for 19 months in French Oak. Deep purple with Ruby edges, aromas of fresh berry fruits with cedar and spice. On the palate cherry, blackberry and blueberry fruit, with sweet and savory oak notes. Drinking well for a 2015, needs decanting. Tannins were smooth and firm, with flinty cacao on the long finish. Faust wines do not disappoint, even when young. Nice! AFav! — 7 years ago
It may be an oak lover's Syrah, but there is no denying that this wine is delicious. — 10 years ago
Sweet Christ. What an exquisite wine. Tasted side by side with Leonetti, and this is better. — 11 years ago

Garnet colour, rich and powerful showing no visible signs of age even after 18-19 years. Nose is great blend of oak, blackcurrant, cedar, sandalwood and light menthol. Palate is packed with initial fruit and balanced, acidity and tannin. Finish is pleasantly dry with lingering perfume and light smoke. I’m no expert but I think this will evolve much further even though it is very enjoyable now. Have to mention again that this looks like it was bottled yesterday, so clean and vibrant. — 6 years ago
Everyone could say it must be Burgundy! It’s a footprint of california-made wine that a faint oak vanillas. Cherry, cranberry, very elegant aromas and flavors. — 7 years ago

There's a majesty and respect in a 19 year old #champagne While I would say it was time to drink this teenager, I loved the confit lemon and honey notes and a hint of acidity to finish off. Nice. — 10 years ago
dark but tastes like a lighter ale. not choppy. — 11 years ago
