Aromas of dark berries and cola. Bright red berry fruit flavors with hints of purple flowers and fresh herbs. Touch of Forrest Floor. Medium bodied and plush. Drank beautifully even at a young age. Handled a slight chill beautifully. — 4 years ago
Yes! A great representation of what can become of gamay from a Cru village wine. The typical esters are there on the nose but the overall fruit and some darker tertiary flavours are present. A bit light on the palate despite the 14% but this is made up for by the long delicate spicy-flowery finish. — 5 years ago
Full Strawberry nose with white pepper. Taste juicy red berry front settles down to a wash blueberry. Then at back of mouth intensity starts with flavour of roasted red peppers done over oak coals and finish cleanse of eucalyptus.🍷 — 6 years ago

Not too sweet, nice slightly dry finish. — 6 years ago
In Dublin hotel dinner brought by Hsing. Well made new world Aussie Shiraz with fruity well balanced nose of red fruits and cherry. Silky smooth texture for this style and long finish. — 6 years ago
I feel that this is probably the best Pinot Noir producer out of the finger lakes although the competition is finally a good one. The nose has a wonderful aroma of currant a plum with undertones of spice including nutmeg and mulling spices. The palate is gorgeously light and elegant but still somewhat juicy at the same time. Flavors of plum, sour cherry and baking spice along with wonderfully balance acidity. The finish is soft and elegant with juicy fruit notes of lingering acidity. Wow... a great pairing for roasted pork. — 7 years ago
Poured into a decanted about an hour prior to service and presented double-blind. The 2019 “Lily’s Garden” pours a deep garnet with a bit of purple and a near opaque core; medium+ viscosity with significant staining of the tears. On the nose the wine is developing with black bramble fruit, purple flowers, a touch of the animal and baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The alcohol is elevated; calling it high. The finish is medium+. I called Syrah from France, from the Northern Rhône, Croze-Hermitage from a recent warmer vintage like 2019. Dangit…I got the variety right but I should have considered Australia with the elevated alcohol. This is a fairly classic Aussie Shiraz that certainly gives off a French vibe but the fruit and alcohol give it away. Drink now through 2034. — 9 months ago
An amazing wine for the price which as I recall is $8 at Costco. Our current favorite — 4 years ago
One of my favorite reistlings! Smooth and not too sweet, when I open a bottle I tend to drink the whole bottle! — 5 years ago
Light-bodied and delicious. Perfect for socializing! — 6 years ago
From magnum. Lush and rich, this is undeniably delicious. With a relatively restrained nose and soft yet supple tannins, this 16’ has a bit more elegance than the 14’ and the 15’ I tasted. — 7 years ago
