Really nice acidity balance and floral notes. Great $20 (oops $45 ) rose. Medium body; almost Bandol-like — 9 years ago
Wonderful Pinot noir this 2012 California wine is smooth and full of flavor the name says it all with hues of cherry , strawberry and vanilla this full bodied Pinot takes the cake oops I mean pie ! — 10 years ago
My favorite rosé of the season so far. Fresh with strawberry and spice backed by a mineral, savory acidity. Oops I drank it all. Time to get more... — 11 years ago
I always forget how drinkable it is and end up getting into trouble. Oops. :) — 9 years ago
Very nice Chianti Classico oops our friends at Montevertine choose to not use the CC description. Bit of a smokey flavor out of the bottle improved as it breathed. Very nice wine. 2011 vintage — 9 years ago
Accidentally opened it. Oops — 9 years ago

Welcome my friends to my Wine spot! Dr Todds Wine Bar!
I am visiting family in Los Angeles CA! I had the privalege to explore LA's own San Antonio Winery! One of the oldest Wineries in California and the only one allowed to stay open during the prohabition years. I love the Riboli family wines! As I have tried most of them, the Opaque wines are my favorite. Today I am trying the Malbec 2010 for the first time. It is one of the four options from their Opaque family. These Paso Robles wines are amazing. The cork has a thin ring of wine absorption and is slightly irregular. Its condition is perfect, well its a 2010... The color is very Opaque as the name implies. The legs are very long and slow lasting 7 seconds. The Cab is 9 seconds.
The boquet is not tanic at all ....oops I forgot, tannis are not aromatic. Hum.... true as I have previously been corrected! Let me rephrase. There is no strong sharp alcohol odor you get with some cheap wines. Hell, there is no tanic aroma. That's a Dr. Todd made up term!!!!!!! I like it and Im keeping it. The boquet is that of blackberry and plum. The initial palate is blackberry and chocolate. It has a velvety palate but not buttery. The final palate grabs the edges of the tongue from the tip to the base. There is absolutely no lingering taste. This is amazing. Try this wine. The cab, zen, and petit verdot are also amazing. — 9 years ago
Would drink it every night if I could and be happy. Oops I did. — 9 years ago
This was nice and balanced, even if the apple, lemon, and faint honey flavors were pretty simple (did my putting it in the fridge two months ago--oops--kill it?). Worth a second and fresher try. — 9 years ago
Very sweet! Drank the whole bottle in one sitting... By myself... Oops. — 9 years ago
