Smells like sake or Chinese rice wine. But much softer on the palate. Don't really get fruit notes. Still get a bit of rice wine on the palate, some minerality. Low acid. Medium body. I almost thought this had skin contact cause of the color. But it's aged 6 months on the lees. Had at boulud sud — a year ago
