Says Sangiovese but drinks like a cab. And why not, Dariousch is across the Silverado trail and stags leap district is just up the road. Cherry cola, strawberry and new French oak. It’s a cab masked as a Sangiovese. Note to vineyard, might want to consider ripping out the Sangiovese vines and put in king cab. My last Sangiovese from Napa. — 6 years ago

Disappointing. The 2007 was so@much better Had a funk of rubber hose or musty barrel or over ripe tannins. Better vintages out there for a Nebbiolo. Look to 2010 and wait for the 2013. 2007 was very good — 6 years ago
