juicy in the pear kinda way without losing the salinity typical of mt. etna — 4 months ago
good salinity without being too out there. feels like it could be a crowd-pleaser. — 5 months ago
honeysuckle & candied citrus peel opener. pear, stonefruit, and the liiiiiiightest spice notes hit the palate. structured enough to compliment the finnochio salami we were munching on too.
personal note: a quintessentially timbo kinda orange — 4 months ago
easy-drinking white pet-nat, brought to a potluck & the light yeasty finish was a crowd pleaser for the beer-heads in the room :) — 5 months ago
a textbook orange. i asked the shop for a “classic” natural wine example & said any thing matassa. went for the orange as that’s also pretty much synonymous with natty wine. brings the funk but still has structure — 6 months ago
i <3 the roditis grape. dry but fruity grecian varietal. a salty finish i’d love to try with some fresh wellfleets & homemade mignonette next summer. — 4 months ago
acidic on the front but mellows to show notes of quince, pear, and lots of minerality. i want to try it with a light miso fish. — 5 months ago
hungarian take on a natty riesling— crisp & dry but still fruity (not sweet)
