9.3

Appearance: Clear with stagnant micro bubbles throughout. M light gold to clear and bright rim

Nose: Clean, M/+, Canned Peaches (fuzzy peach candy rings), Apple, Lemon Flesh, Retired Pear

Palette: Off-Sweet, M Acidity, Tangerine, Mandarin Orange, Hibiscus, Slight Floral Rose Petal, Lemon

I love this wine. Always have a bottle or two on reserve for an after dinner glass with friends over. Frizzante in style, this wines slight spritz compliments the fattiness in the mouth from the abundance of sugars. Not overwhelming, but hard to drink more than a couple glasses. Definitely recommend sharing with friends to divide up the bottle. Priced just under $20, this Italian moscato gets a 👌🏻 from me

Deep, rich, flavourful caramelized notes balancing baking spices and Slovenian Oak notes. A perfect choice sitting in Steamworks on a cold, winter afternoon in the comfy leather chairs. Very happy with it.

8.2

Colour: clear, m/-, shimmery pale gold core to reflective silver rim

Nose: Clean, M/+, Pear, Nectarine, Mango, Lemon rind, Green Onion, Bell Pepper,

Palette: Dry, M, Citrus Flesh, Dry Slate, Lush Vegetative, Unripened Pear, Rosemary, Grapefruit

Interesting development to the wine within glass oxidization via swirling. Starts out very aromatic with ripe tropical fruits but develops into a classically characterized Sauvignon Blanc with its vegetal bouquet and pleasantly astringent acidity.

8.6

Appearance: Clear, M+/ Deep plum core to a pink rim. Light legs
Nose: Clean, M, Blackberry, split cedar, liquorice, stewed plum
Palette: M, M/-, BlackBerry, blueberry, currant, cassis, under-ripened strawberry, rosemary

Time has mellowed our this deep, powerful Malbec. The malolactic fermentation compliments the French oak maturation to give it a pleasantly black fruit forward, juicy character. Not overwhelming and not dependent on food neither.

8.5

Appearance: clear, M, Pale gold core to a bright, reflective silver rim
Nose: Clean, M/-, Apple, lemon flesh, unripen pear, spice, lavender, slight vanilla,
Palette: Dry, M/+ Grapefruit, Lemon, Pith, Buttery, Grapefruit, Green Apple, Lime Flesh, Rosemary

Expected more from this wine after hearing raving reviews. Would have liked a bit more contact with the new French Oak barrels, but I understand the more modern take on this traditional Burgundian style Chardonnay. Surprisingly delightful acidity to complement the underipened fruit and partial garrigue notes. Not bad, but a touch overpriced for my restrained wallet and apparent overly pretentious palette.
