Great aroma of a tarty apples. Dry, crisp. Goes great with a little spicy food like all Rieslings. Actually, reminds me of the Mosel Valley. Didn’t visit the Loosen winery, but visited the great museum of wine at the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress off the Deutches Eck at the confluence of the Rhine & Mosel. It’s the soil there that has engendered the Rieslings over the ages! — 3 years ago
