Top Notes For
"Odedi"

This is an easy drinking Cabernet Franc from Mendoza. Showing red and black fruits with earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, bell pepper and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs.

Medium minus on the finish with firm tannins (after an hour of airtime).

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Good by itself or with food. Would pair nicely with lamb dishes.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Great cab franc from Uco, if you are into that style. Fruity (no oak whatsoever), but certainly not sweet or syrupy. Fairly acidic, and with a distinct mineral taste, like chalk or graphite. Lighter bodied than a cab sauvignon or a malbec (lighter colors, etc.) But still a powerful wine.
