Unfiltered, peach color. Petrol, leather, peat on the nose which reminds me of the port wine caves in Portugal. Complex taste overall with a round mouth feel and a long finish. This oxidized style of wine is well balanced by a bright acidity and slight tartness but does allude to the vin jaune style of the Jurassic region. Very beautiful skin contact Pinot noir. Would love to try some other wines from this vigneron.

Unfiltered, white peach in the glass. Strong petrol and reminds me of being in a port cave, dank, and peaty on the nose. Honey, whiskey, and over ripe stone fruit notes without being sickly sweet. Tart, acidic and smoky notes at the finish uplift and balance this wine. Certainly reminds me of a vin jaune (but much more enjoyable). Exceptional with a bloomy rind cheese.
