Superiore Valpolicella Corvina Blend

ruby; fig, raisins, baking spices; dried red fruits, dark chocolate, finishes slightly sweet; full bodied, soft, little tannic spine or acidity, a bit hot, 15.5% ABV; made in passito style from blend of hand harvested Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, aged in large oak casks; pairs nicely with pasta and rich meat sauce

Very smooth, and easy to drink. Decanted about 3hrs prior to dinner. Paired well with pasta and grilled fish. Absolutely loved this wine.
