This made with 25% whole clusters. The fruits get much richer & lush and stronger dark florals. It's more well crafted and certainly better fruit. Dripping fruits of; blueberries, wild mixed berries, plums, deeper but softer tannins, a touch of black licorice, dark purple florals, great acidity, the red fruits begin to show on the long very polished finish. Photos of the small tasting bar and the outside grounds.

Whole bunch fermented. This was a big, dark spices dominated wine. Bitter chocolate, lavender, dense palate, long finish
