This was from adorable Mar Vista (Los Angeles) cheese shop Wheelhouse. I bought a very pungent raw milk cheese called ‘Zimba’ - guy said hard to pair as such a distinctive tasting cheese. I picked this and it was a great pairing! It’s dry-ish, with a fruity element as well. Enjoyed it greatly!
