Day 2 notes. Mineral and tropical nose. Sea salt and an airiness. So elegant. Juicy palate with razor sharp acidity and a wonderful opulence in the mid palate. Awesome purely. Like a Riesling drop (riffing off of gum drop.) Long. Just wonderful. Flavors of pink grapefruit, peach and apricot. So clear.

Jan 18th, 2024@Delectable Wine this is Schlossberg Riesling. It’s in here but not showing up. Huge scene. Juicy and complex. Lemony. elegant and so pure. Intense extract and so pure. Long, salty and pure. Wow. 9.66669. Almost a 9.7. The length is exceptional. Wow. Salty. Saline. This really might be a 9.7. Saltiest wine ever at Thorle. Wine tickles your palate.
