May 16th, 2020New Ortsweine cuvee from Thörle. Hugely mineral, lime and floral nose with great purity and huge mineral footprint. Palate is juicy and super mineral with super juicy fruit and a lovely limestone blast. Lovely small hit of opulence and then all razors. Pithy citrus blast on the finish.
