Chardonnay sur lie 2018 / Winnica Wzgórz Trzebnickich
A curious nose made of lemon, limestone, a creamy thing, hay too. It smells like a chablis and muscadet cross over. The palate is well made with a strong acid backbone, lemony and creamy touches all along the backbone, some minerality too and a iodine, salty dimension. The finish is rather short with iodine and lemon and that creamy stuff. Very good effort!
