A highly acidic Pinot noir up front, it mellows out with some dark fruit and leather on the finish. Light bodied and good for a warm day probably with any type of red meat or cheese.

Very very light, subtle flavors, yet somehow lingers in the most unctious of ways. Beautiful with poultry, would be excellent with trout or scallops.
