Red, drippy juicy fruit. Actual Vin de soif makes me reconsider what Cali can give.

Red, syrupy fruit on the nose. Super clean, and structured flavor profile

Well balanced and lovely notes of cherry and subtle fizz on the tongue. Delicious. One of those moments when I wish I’d bought more than the 1 bottle when I had the chance.

So fresh and so clean. And interesting. And wonderful. Fresh. Everything you ever wanted or imagined in a PN but more. Something different. Can’t put my finger on it but it’s lovely. Fresh cherries, cranberries, warm, ripe strawberries, then dried rose. Minerality shows up in the middle. Acid and tannins are perfectly balanced. This blend is brilliant, alive, beautiful. Man, I love this stuff!
