Big and sweet. Absolutely 0 green stalk flavour. Sacrifices structure in favour of a really lush and powerful red fruited flavour profile. Like liquified cherry pie. Larger than life, almost like a syrah in style. Bold, pugnacious and unique. Beautiful.

Dark cherry, blueberry, light hint of cedar/vanilla, nice smooth lingering finish.

Bummer. Normally and consistently a great bottle, but there was a hint of brett that never blew off. I like brett, but just not in this wine.

Rich, loaded with cherry tart and layers of other berry fruits. Nice body. Great starter for thanksgiving turkey.

Classic Russian River Pinot Noir. Not enough balance in this one for the long haul. Glad I drank it now.

Sour cherries and wet slate. Light bodied. Not strong on the finish.

Paired well with cheese tortellini sauced with herbs, Parmesan & shitake. Perigord truffle challenged this wine, but it complimented the earthiness nicely. A big-tasting
