Tonights pre fourth of July celebration wine: Willi Schaefer Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese 2011. I have my own fire works with this wine; it's fantastic💥💥💥 Color-pale light yellow, almost Transparent Bouquet- this wine leaves your nose with a lovely bouquet of pineapple, melon and white peaches. I also got some floral aromas as well. Palate- My palate was introduced right away to Apricot, sweet peaches, honey, and tangerines. The wine is also very creamy, with a fine finish!
