Pork chop aromas rimmed in thyme. Smoky duck fat, with toasted sesame seed and warm lingonberry with sprays of marigold. A full, round pinot, but not one devoid of expression. The herbaceous sage, and bitter flower anticipate cranberry and ripe raspberry.
