Dark currants; blackberries, black raspberries, black plum, dark cherries, strawberries, cherries, strong medium spice, lots of baking spices, loamy dry soil, dark florals. Good acidity. Drinks young fairly well. The finish is round, rich and elegant.

Nice hint of coffee but not bitter. I think this wine needs to lay down and mature a bit. I have another bottle so I will lay it down for about a year.
