We drink a lot of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs normally. This wine was recommended by the Aldo Sohm wine book and the wine shop keeper. We really liked it. I prefer this to the NZs we typically buy.

Citrus and faint tropical fruits (papaya). Bone dry. Nice acidity. Didn’t pair well with Le Pico goat cheese, but great with Serrano.
