Jun 7th, 2024Nose is classic Centgrafenberg with huge lime zest, fresh grass being cut by a lawnmower, wet stones and so much lime fruit. So intense and expressive. Intense acids and very dry but also a tiny bit of opulence in the mid palate and so juicy. clean and super elegant as that grand cru centgrafenberg juju comes across. Very great site. Nice cut and grip and almost tannic on the finish.

May 20th, 2024What a nose. Huge minerals, herbs, vanilla extract, flowers. Really herbal and perfumed. Also some sort of tree bark and tonic aromas. Huge intense palate with that 21 edge. Salty, crunchy and intense. Long and pure. Terrific inner mouth aromas. Concentration. So juicy and long. Elegant. So pure. Refreshing. Salty. So so long. The finish is so good.
