What I do mostly appreciate regarding Riesling is the marked tipicity of this noble grape who taste so different in each wine region or area of production throughout Germany: Nahe, Pfalz, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Baden, Württemberg, Rheingau as the one we've got in here which in spite has been opened two days before, shoot out on your face such a crispness, a very fine zest of rust that refrigerate the tongue.. warming-up the heart! http://www.weingut-hanka.de/
