I'm a Riesling addict I think. This Austrian Riesling is the shit.. like, damn. The nose is always where my infatuation begins, kinda like in Amarone - I'll know by the smell if it's gonna be good. The aromas were pretty classic - wet slate, rubber hose, Meyer lemon. The wine was a pretty straw yellow, with a touch of sugar similar to Kabinett - apricot jam, beeswax, mandarin orange peel, and keylime juice. Very refreshing, and paired wrll with a simple meal of baked salmon, garlic rice, and broccolini.

Straw yellow with typical fruit and floral Riesling nose. The palate is very fruity with peach and apricot flavors with a wet stone mineral tone. Nicely balanced with acidity gets a little crisp on medium finish. Good value. Tasting Sample.
