On the nose this is an absolute beauty. On the palate it’s very closed off. Almost like you know that the flavors are all there but they’re hibernating. Maybe worth another try in a few years.

Don't often have Riesling dry, but this is quintessential petrol and quince. Stands up well to acidic tomato sauces.
