Just so so complex. Palate is just pure harmony. Not a hair out of place and long saline finish with apricot skin that lingers. Stunning purity. So pretty. Really lingers. A knockout.

Feb 27th, 2021Day 2 notes - Citrus, wild herbs, grassy, mineral, so clean. Vibrating minerality and so so fresh. Stunningly pure and juicy. So clean and chalky. Large scaled but so elegant. Good acid structure and everything so in place.
