Sweet honey crisp yellow apples, pears, hints of pineapple and subtle minerals. Light acidity and medium alcohol content with a medium finish. This was good drinkable sweet white but only for a glass or two, I prefer dry wines.

It was too chilled at first but once is temp'd out (hello index of 105) it mellowed very nicely
