A really lovely chard, just a hair more viscous than expected, but otherwise agrees with nose and palate of tropical fruits, marshmallow and vanilla. Good acidity and low oak. Not your average Cali chard.

Opens with a vanilla and toasted marshmallow nose, with a soft, fruit-forward palate, highlighted by tropical fruit--pineapple, passion fruit--with a lingering toasty finish.
