A creation of Wayne Donalson, formerly head winemaker for Domaine Chandon, this Chardonnay dominant sparkler sports a sharp bite up front with semi-ripe Bosc pears, and a very smooth finish with herbal chamomile notes. Paired perfectly with spinach and cheese mini quiches!
