Yellow with green hue, white flower, flint, slightly smokiness, touch of yogurt, oyster shell, slightly bitterness at the end, lemon zest/grind, cotton candy, med to med plus alcohol, med plus acidity, med body. Goes well with spring mix salad with golden beets/pomegranate with white balsamic vinegar.

It needed a lot of air, but then the rewards were plentifully. This is my favorite Petit Chablis year in and year out.

Dining at d'Chez Eux on a recommendation from Renegade Wines. Wonderful wine list. This wine shows the elegance of chablis with the hint pf a powerful vintage. Steely citrus flavors; hint of oak in the back end. Great find on a list full of gems.
