Dark cherry/burgundy color, smells of black cherry, brown mushroom, leather, damp forest and cinnamon, tastes of licorice, anise, raisin and blueberry, very soft tannin, balanced like being in a Shinto temple in Kyoto's autumn. Wonderful smooth finish, all is well and in harmony.
