Light and Smokey, like my dad burning leaves in the yard. But instead of leaves from the oak tree outside my window, they’re all rosemary and thyme leaves and maybe even bay leaves (whatever those smell like). If this wine was a person, he’d smell like patchouli and wear tie dye. Not for me, but not bad at all.
