So, on a whim, Errazuriz decided to gut some black plums, wrap each skin around some black cherries, wild (a little green) raspberries, and a single cranberry. Dusted them with coffee, cinnamon, and marjoram and toasted them over cherry wood smoke. Macerated them and distilled the essence into a lovely wine that is lighter and brighter than expected and worth tons more than the entry price.
