Full bodied with medium acidity.

Nicely balanced and dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing citrus, limes, lemons, green apples and minerals.

Tasty right out of the bottle, crisp and refreshing.

I had the 2021 vintage not too long ago and it was better. I believe this one is just too young.

Will continue to age nicely in the next few years.
