Simple, crisp light bodied with lemon & apple notes on the nose. Flavors are like a green lemon-lime infused water. The acidity is pronounced, but I had this with cold herring & it cleansed the palate nicely. Has a freshness that is surprising & pleasant for a wine at this price.
